Contact: We understand emergencies can pop up at any stage when you are renting a property. We are easily contactable, tenants are given a telephone number they can call and we will advise or resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Deposit: When you first move into the property we carry out an inventory check with you present, both yourself and a Circle Doors representative will sign the inventory to ensure that both parties agree on the standard of the property and items within the property before your tenancy begins. Your deposit will be securely held in a tenancy deposit scheme.

Repairs: All repairs are taken seriously and carried out as quickly as possible. We also have a regular maintenance service to ensure that the property is kept up to standard.
