1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products—including templates, downloads, Notion dashboards, guides, online courses and other instant-access content—all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You gain immediate access to the digital product.

  • You forfeit your right to request a refund under applicable consumer protection laws (as allowed for digital content).

  • All products are sold "as-is" and are intended for personal or business use only, not for resale.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and a replacement cannot be provided

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase at info@circledoors.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing

  • Your device/software is compatible with the file format provided

  • You download and back up your purchase promptly after receipt
